Gastronomic weeks in spring

In March and April Bozen, the capitol of South Tyrol, shows its pleasure-side with two gastronomic events: with "the delights of Italian specialties" and "the market of delicacies". Read more about it.

"The delights of Italian specialties"

Different restaurants of the old town of Bozen participate at this gastronomic event from 28th March to 6th April. The chefs will prepare South Tyrolean specialties as well as typical Italian dishes with Mediterranean notes. Furthermore wines from the most important wine-regions in Italy will be presented.

"The market of delicacies"

From 3rd to 6th April however the popular "market of delicacies" will take place in Bozen on Walther square and in Campofranco Palace. Over 30 exhibitors will show gastronomic specialties from the different regions of Italy: bread from Altamura, cheese from Sardegna and Piemonte, ham from Norcia and chocolate pralines from Cuneo. Mmh, what a pleasure!
