Montiggler Seen Lakes
The Montiggler Seen Lakes in Southern South Tyrol and situated close to Eppan are some of the most popular places to relax, the enjoy nature, to swim or to take a walk. People get here to forget about the everyday’s worries and to stay with their beloved ones.
Very rewarding is a walk through the biotope around the lakes and a hike to the so called Frühlingstal, the Valley of Spring. Thanks to special climatic conditions winter ends here already in January, in March the whole valley is in bloom. Seeing thousands of flowers in bloom when everywhere else is snow is a really particular experience!
