Because in Kaltern they put the kitchen on a theater-stage and so they define pleasure in all another form. Namely with a pleasure-theater at the Kaltern Lake at 7th June 2008.

The stage of this extraordinary show will be the Seebad Lido in Kaltern in the region of Southern South Tyrol. At sunset the show begins, the gourmets can enter the gardens at the lake, take a sit at romantic dishes with candle light and drink a glass of rare white wine.

Then the second act begins and Roland Trettl a famous and renowned cook, who works in the legendary Hangar 7 restaurant in Salzburg, enters the stage and shows his cooking art to the audience. Self-evident, that every guest can taste his creations with some good wine from the wine growing area of Kaltern.
